NeuroAdapt is an IP company building frameworks, assessments, and tools for late-diagnosed neurodivergent professionals. Our work is grounded in the ZONE Framework — a practical model for understanding how energy and stimulation interact in neurodivergent nervous systems — and applied through products like the ZONE Profile and the NeuroAdapt app.

David O'Byrne — Founder

NeuroAdapt was founded by Dave O'Byrne, a late-diagnosed autistic professional with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles. After spending decades quietly burning out inside systems that weren't built for how his brain works, Dave built the tools he wished he'd had: grounded in lived experience, non-clinical, and genuinely useful in professional life.

Coaching for NeuroAdapt clients is delivered through Positive Perspectives — a specialist practice supporting neurodivergent professionals who want additional guided support after completing their ZONE Profile.
