How AI and human review work in the ZONE Profile

The ZONE Profile uses a carefully managed combination of AI drafting and mandatory human review. David O'Byrne remains the accountable reviewer for every Profile delivered.

The sequence

1. Consent and private responses: You complete the questionnaire on our platform. Your explicit permission is required before relevant assessment-derived material is sent for AI processing.
2. AI-assisted drafting: An initial draft is generated by Anthropic's AI through Replit's managed AI integration, guided by the ZONE Framework methodology.
3. Separate AI review: A separate AI review checks consistency and safety. It does not replace human judgement.
4. David's review and approval: David personally reads, edits and approves every Profile currently delivered by NeuroAdapt.
5. Manual delivery: David manually emails the final PDF within 3 working days of a completed submission.
