Profile purchases: 30-day money-back guarantee

Your Profile should feel useful to you. If your Profile doesn’t give you useful insight into your experience of work, email us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll refund the full amount you paid. You don’t need to prove why it wasn’t helpful.

This voluntary money-back guarantee applies only to the paid Profile. It does not apply to coaching, app subscriptions or other products or services.

The 30 calendar days begin on the date you receive your completed Profile, not the date you pay.

To claim, email contact@neuroadapt.ai within those 30 calendar days. You do not need to prove dissatisfaction or complete any tasks. Feedback is optional. There is no mandatory revision or coaching call before a refund.

We will refund the actual full amount you paid, including any taxes paid, in the original purchase currency, even if you bought with a discount. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request, to your original payment method.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

Other applicable cancellation rights remain unchanged. This voluntary guarantee does not replace or restrict those rights.

Profile service

Your Neurodivergent Work Profile is a one-time purchase (€97, all taxes included) that provides a personalised, human-reviewed assessment report for neurodivergent professionals. The report is a self-reflection tool and is not a clinical assessment, diagnostic instrument, or substitute for professional mental health support.

Delivery

Your completed report will be delivered by email within 3 working days of completing the assessment. Assessment access is sent by email within minutes of purchase.

Your responsibilities
